Hagba'At Ruach meets every Friday at 3:30 P.M. in the sanctuary.
We have been practicing our warm up, meditation and qi gung practice of 64
movements together for more than 3 years and seem to always feel better
after the practice. We speak about our physical body, mental and spiritual
well-being. At the close of our session we have a check out where we express
how focused or relaxed or enlightened we feel. We all seem to always feel
better than when we began. The practice is modified for those who need to
walk or sit or stand with help. This practice is about freeing up blocks in the
physical body by "lifting the energy" and allows us to relax and recover from
daily stress.

Sun, 7/25/10 Mitzvah #3 - Clean out shed and take junk to dump
Clean out a storage shed in our backyard. It currently stores old tables and chairs, and miscellaneous junk. Much of the debris will be taken to the dump. If you have a truck, that would be great. We need plenty of volunteers with strong backs and NO allergies to dust!!!! A dairy lunch will be provided.
